Alibag, Alibaug also written as or Alibagh , is a coastal city and a municipal council in Raigad district in Konkan region of Maharashtra, India. It is also the headquarters of the Raigad district. The city and its surrounding villages are the historic interior of Bene Israel Jews. There is a synagogue in the area of "Israel Ali" of the city.
